Who delivers

Some shops deliver themselves; others hand the parcel to an Npasal courier partner. The delivery method, charge and expected time are shown at checkout.

Delivery times

Inside the Kathmandu valley usually 1–3 days, outside the valley usually 3–7 days, depending on location and courier. Festivals, weather and road conditions can cause delays.

Pickup

Choose “Buy online & pick up” to collect from the shop. Bring your order code. The shop keeps the item for a reasonable time after telling you it is ready.

Failed delivery

If the courier cannot reach you after a few attempts, the parcel returns to the shop and any online payment is refunded less the delivery charge where applicable.

Inspect your parcel

Check the parcel on delivery. If it is damaged, open it in front of the courier if possible, take photos and report it within 48 hours.
