About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Npasal, which runs Npasal. By using Npasal or placing an order you agree to them, to the Privacy Policy and to the Returns & Refunds and Delivery policies. If you do not agree, do not use Npasal.
What Npasal does
Npasal is an online marketplace (an e-commerce intermediary). Shops on Npasal sell their own products; each sale is a contract between you and the shop. Npasal provides the platform, takes and passes on orders, receives online payments on the shop’s behalf, arranges delivery partners and handles complaints.
Your account
You log in with your mobile number by sending us an SMS code; keep your phone secure. Give correct contact and delivery details. You must be at least 16 to use Npasal, and 18 or older to order alone.
Prices and orders
Prices are set by the shops in Nepali rupees and include all taxes the shop must charge; delivery charges are shown before you confirm. An order is accepted only when the shop accepts it. A shop may refuse an order (for example if the item is out of stock); any online payment is then refunded.
Payment
Online payments go through licensed payment providers. Npasal never asks for your PIN or password. If an online payment fails but money left your account, it is refunded within 7 days.

Messages and reviews
Messages with shops must be about buying on Npasal. Phone numbers and links are hidden before an order. Reviews must be honest and about your own purchase. We may remove content that is false, abusive, illegal or that tries to move a sale off Npasal.
Npasal Points, cashback, Plus
Points and cashback have no cash value, are earned only on delivered orders, are taken back for returned items and expire as shown in your account. Plus membership benefits are described on the Plus page; membership fees are not refundable once benefits have been used, except where the law requires.
Fair use
Do not place fake orders, misuse offers, copy or scrape the site, interfere with its security or use it for anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that do.
Liability
Shops are responsible for their products, descriptions, warranty and delivery when they deliver themselves. Npasal is responsible for running the platform with reasonable care and for handling payments it receives. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2075 or other law.
Complaints and law
Send complaints through the Complaints page; we reply within 7 days. These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and disputes go to the competent authorities and courts of Nepal. We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version.
